So they played less than 24 hours ago and now suddenly all these guys have Covid?  Are they not testing before the game?  Something is not right.

Prior to and as of Nov 3. Vaccinated players are tested weekly, unvaccinated players are tested daily.  I would assume they're testing on Monday or Sunday after the game, then if they're positive they have the longest amount of time to show two negative tests before the next game.

An interesting study would be how many of these players that test positive are asymptomatic the whole time.
