Not on the list but maybe he should be: Micah Parsons. At the very least he should be at or near the top of the DROY list.

Diggs reminds me a lot of that kid that came out when we drafted Waynes,  ( name escapes me right now, chiefs took him )  he made a fair amount of splash plays and thats what most fans knew him for, unfortunately what people didn't see on sports center was the TDs and long plays that he gave up due to his ill timed gambles.
