Norman's claim to fame was getting OBJ to implode.  Other than that, he really hasn't done anything.

Maybe I missed it, but how has there not been a fine for this yet? I'm mad this wasn't caught during the game, but to get away with it after it being highly publicized is extremely frustrating.

I could be wrong but I don't think fines come out until tomorrow or Friday.   Seems they are usually a late in the week announcement.
