Well that was one helluva trip
This past weekend was outstanding and well worth the trip. Got to see the Vikings museum, took a little trip around downtown, had dinner at Manny's....and oh yeah, the game was pretty good too (understatement of the season). Met quite a few wonderful folks throughout our stay there, including some who invited us for after game tailgating where we got to have fun at Packer fans' expense.
Suffice to say, I'm going to make this an annual pilgrimage.
That's awesome. I am glad you enjoyed it. US Bank Stadium is an awesome place and the atmosphere is special. I absolutely love the museum. What a game.

The stadium had to be electric, PC. Glad to hear you had a great time and got to witness a Vikings victory (against the Packers too which makes it even sweeter).

I almost needed to call emergency services during that wild 4th quarter. Hope my heart can make it through this season (mind you I'm 44 and pretty healthy for the most part lol).
Thanks for the report, and it's awesome you were there for that game! The Vikings offense destroyed that "great" Packers D, and you were there to witness it and scream out the Skol Chant - SKOL!

Did the pilgrimage to Vahalla the opening season of the new stadium. We beat the Cards in a high scoring game. Did the trip with my old high school group of guys and none are Viking fans :) so I did a good sales job of getting them to Minnesota in the winter. We are all in PA. We all loved the stadium, downtown and Manny's. The best part of Manny's was we all ordered our steaks etc and at the end my one buddy picked up the whole tab so it made it even more memorable. All that said and you did with a Viking victory over the Packers, sweet!

But at least I had leftovers that lasted us the rest of the trip! The game itself was the best part (obviously), just maybe not for my overall health.
