He needs to be done.  It's pretty obvious that he isn't improving as a HC and anything beyond this game will only further screw over the next regime.  Call the season what it is,  another failure,   and play for draft position.

I didn't even snap to the bye week.  That makes this shitshow even more egregious.  I have been pretty on the fence with Zimmer.  No more. There is absolutely no excuse for the piss-poor performance at home against a back-up QB making his first start ever.  Bye-Bye Zimmer!!!

Zimmer is very much Childress like.  That's not a compliment either.

I doubt they move on before the end of the year but we’re done. This team needs to be retooled with a new headcoach.

The game has just passed Zimmer by. I dont think he's lost the locker room (at least yet). Those guys do play hard for him a lot of the time.
