There is a roof on the stadium so not sure why they would delay the game, although here in LA no one has really seen this before so they do not know what it is!

The unique roof at So-Fi stadium is not a hard roof, more of a plastic canopy and open on 2 sides. So it does protect from rain but not lightning, kinda like a tailgating tent. #MNF
