Hunt is a Brown that Reid parted ways with after his incident IIRC.

I have to think that as established as Reid is you could likely add "/GM" to his title, and with a HC like Reid, you would likely consider Veach "Co" Gm. If Reid doesnt have a lot of say in an organization I wouldnt think he would be there.
