Is Zimmer in a real snit with Cousins?
I know, tensions over vaxx status and so forth...but it really seems like Zimmer is fully hostile towards his starting QB. This isn't shocking, as he's rarely been complimentary Broward any Vikings QB not Teddy...but he was quick to specifically throw KC under the bus (he was our highest rated offensive player), almost dismissive about the piles of penalties that cost us a field's yardage in the first half, and defended Breeland (most missed tackles of any defender in week 1).
They need to get over it, or the tension will kill the team.
KOC, JJM, Flores...make a good plan, or you'll be following Kwesi....

You also need a non boring as shit offensive playbook. I swear we are the only team in the NFL that doesn't mix in one step drop quick passes to receivers, or multiple screens to receivers. We are so predictable and that's another reason why I think the OL stinks. Absolutely have to have some creativity with the play calling...something like Dallas, but obviously with more runs for Dalvin.
I realize play action is Kirk's bread and butter and it allows for more down field shots, but that just isnt how successful offenses run these days. I hope Kubiak attempts to switch it up this week.
