This team will be 0-4 shortly. At that point fire Zimmer, bench Cousins and get on with the rebuild that is long overdue.

Nah, this team is loaded - at least on paper. You couldn't possibly blow it up at this point. Their off-season additions look very good (on paper). 

Coaches didnt prepare the team well if you have 17/18 penalties
Players need to take responsibility too 
The offensive play calling left a lot to be desired

The offensive playcalling was terrible. Pretty much every advanced analytics tool says running on 1st and 10 is dumb. Dalvin did it 3 straight times in OT. All 3 were right into a brick wall and he fumbled on the last one. Just total junk.
