pretty weak flag IMO. But that is the NFL way, they are going to EMPHASIZE it early on and then back away. If people talk about it, win, if some teams lose a game because of a frivolous flag, they don't care.
Wouldn't this be a flag, if this new rule takes place? CC pretty much invented the "in your face" first down.
