MIlls has got some intriguing upside. Always like these 5-star recruit guys who, for various reasons (in his case, injuries), weren't able to put it all together in college.

You'd like to get a guy like that in the 4th round though. Hard to see him in the 1st. Funny that his teammate, Walker LIttle, has such a similar profile.

Little is even a bigger question mark after missing 2019 with an injury, then opting out. He was previously considered a Day 1 guy. Now? Late Day 2 early Day 3 imo.

I am not as big on Mills. HS pedigree is basically a scouting report on how the player projects to the next level, college. He has a lot of the physical tools you look for but there is nothing he did at Stanford that suggests he can read NFL coverages or align his own protections. So while he has the size/skill there are some major question marks around his durability and aptitude under center. Wouldn't hate the pick in round 3 but people make him out to be a sure thing, when he is not.

As each day goes by I keep seeing myself being more and more intrigued by Kellen Mond. He does have a lot of similarities to Dak, and I think he'd be the perfect type of developmental prospect/backup this team needs.

After seeing Jalen Hurts drafted No. 53 last year, I wouldn't be surprised to see both Mills & Mond drafted in the 2nd round this year.

Darrisaw going one pick before us would be a bummer.

There would be some weeping and gnashing of teeth. A few bad words too.

And is probably the most likely outcome, at least when it comes to the Vikings.
