Old news. Vikings at around $4M under after converting Thielen. Harry's extension still pending. That's the piece that will give us the money to continue in free agency. Another $8M comes off the books June 1st, so we can use all the cap space we have knowing the $8M will more than cover the draft.
And the Vikings may also still be talking trade. The beauty of trading for OBJ (the other one) is that he's still on his rookie contract, so trading for him gives us a starting LT and it won't impact this year's cap. If that happens, for us or anyone else, I'm guessing it's a draft day trade.
