Talented kid that had a decent sophomore season but the media crowned his ass so it seems he was better than he actually was. Injuries have hurt him.

Injuries have definitely hurt him as has his awful OL, offensive scheme, and receivers constantly dropping catches. It was really the perfect storm after his injury. I dont feel overly bad because he got a ring

Wasn't the Eagles firing of Pederson intended to keep Wentz there?

Wow, unloading Wentz's contract is a big win in and of itself.  Wondering what more they might get?

Wentz is still young but those 2 major injuries have made him look like an old man (like Namath:)

The Bears and others must think they can fix a broken QB somehow??

Wentz's game and body looks like an unfolding lawn chair.
Seems to be getting rustier over time.  Good luck Chicago playing bodyshop to these broken mechanics

So, is it the Jalen Hurts show in Philly or do they draft Trey Lance (ironic and sorta you can’t make this s*** up) or Mac Jones?

Rams and eagles jumped the shark and locked down 2 quarterbacks that aren't as good as their contact.

The road to cap hell is filled with good intentions.

lol, so true. You pick a strategy and you have to be all in, and if you miss, its a rough recovery for a team.

I'd chip in $0.38 to have him as a backup, but that's my family's NDSU roots talking.

Trading a bunch of picks for Carson Wentz when Deshaun Watson is available is like Trading a bunch of picks for Trubisky when Deshaun Watson is available.

Maybe it's a plan b. Maybe they decided against what the Texans want for Watson. Maybe someone else could offer more. If it's a choice between Watson and Wentz, I would definitely choose Watson.

Yes.  It looked like the wrong move at the time but then, these are the guys who passed on Justin Jefferson to take Jalen Reagor.

I guess the Bears are going to keep trading for quarterbacks until they figure they go it right...probably wrong...again.  :)
