That's quite the quarterback carousel.

Eh, I wouldn't be too thrilled if this were to happen. Taking Mac Jones at 14 is reminiscent of taking Ponder at 12, with Jones maybe being a slightly better prospect.

OK, that's fun. Predicting every QB that might move does move. I wouldn't hate Mac Jones, but I would hate the Lions getting Zach Wilson. Also don't think George Paton is that stupid.

I wouldn't support a 1st round QB unless it was one of the the big 3 or 4 (include Lance but the article doesn't mention).  This team needs defense, and getting a playmaker for the defense in the first round seems obvious to me.

Exactly -aside from the part about Jones being better than Ponder. At least Ponder had a multi-year college career, while Jones has started exactly 4 more college games than Mitchell Trubiskey did.

If Jones goes in round 1 it's because there was a run on the position and some team feels left out and picks the "next available" even though he should be a couple rounds lower. Just like Ponder. And Treadwell.

Meh.  More offseason Madden-addict "logic".

Changing QBs on a make-or-break season of Rick and Zim?  Monumentally harder (and far dumber) than fixing the known issues and being more aggressive with the offense, earlier in games.

Ponder definitely proved he sucked in his college starts, much more than Jones.

Wilson-Det
Fitz-Detroit
Jones -Minnesota

GB- Rogers

GB will walk through the NFCN in 2021  if this how things shake out.

I don't think the Vikings will throw a rookie QB into the fire with a young first time OC like little Kubiak. Zimmer and Spielman will need to win games next season!

No free pass in 2021. A rookie starting QB would be a highly risky move for the front office and coaching staff.
