Bama or Buckeye's??
I’m glad to have something to watch tonight so I’ll be tuning in for sure, but after a weekend of wall to wall NFL this feels a bit anticlimactic? Or law of diminishing returns maybe? Idk. Might just be me.
As for the game I think I’d pick OSU +9 if I had to choose a side. Hoping for good game!

I get it...
NFL Playoff football is pretty good stuff - lacks a lot for me this year with no fans in the stands and my only emotional attachment is hoping GB doesnt win it all.
Still a great game for TV.
But the College Championship? That I cherish a great deal as a fan, far more than NFL less Vikings.

The natty is cool but that opening weekend of March Madness is on another level of best sporting events, in my opinion of course. Gotta love setting up two additional tv's in your living room in the late afternoon so you can watch multiple games...while trying to figure out what channel tru tv is haha.
I should've known! Another Bama blowout :s
Great program they have

It's silly to be honest. I look at the team and they lose Mac Jones, Devonta, Waddle, Dickerson, Leatherwood, Najee Harris, Surtain, and Barmore (Others too obviously) and you know they are still going to win double digit games next year. Saban is an unbelievable coach
There was about 6 players I saw playing for Bama last night that are ready to start for the Vikings today.
Something looked off with Fields last night too, maybe the hip pointer? That guy has all the traits; smart, mobile, cannon of an arm, I'm sure a great locker room guy too.
But dayum if he didnt strike me as a guy not playing with urgency last night, energy seemed low. It was like watching Cam Newton playing in a game he wasn't that interested in playing in. Same big, superman physique.

The program is so good it is so "unfair" and unreal

Yep. Barmore's past 2 games have been unreal. Depending how he does at the combine (if it happens), he might be gone when we pick.
EDIT- And if he's not gone when we pick, he should be gone after we pick!*
*unless we go QB B)
As the reality set in for the Ohio State faithful Monday, a simple look at the box score explained the story.Alabama quarterback Mac Jones had 342 yards and four touchdowns, and running back Najee Harris had accounted for 111 yards and two scores. Wide receiver DeVonta Smith—the Heisman Trophy winner—had caught 12 passes for 215 yards and three scores.
While the Buckeyes surely thought of their missed opportunities, the Crimson Tide didn't have time to celebrate. They needed to head to the locker room first.
After all, there were still 30 minutes to play in the national championship game.
Here's a nice read on Saban...
Why is Nick Saban smiling? The answer goes beyond him leading Alabama football to another title

I just went to the PFF Mock Draft Simulator and they moved up Barmore to their 15th best prospect...he was like 50 something going into last night
