Have you met me before? :-)
He is a proven winner and does so everywhere he goes. It has been pointed out that his college methods probably will not translate in the NFL but I am not listening. I just wanna win.

Lol. It's one of my favorites. I don't want him here. He has college success but I don't see him being successful in the NFL. Paying him 12 million a year doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

I am thinking Daboll the OC from the Bills, Joe Brady from the Panthers or Arthur Smith from Tennessee.

I am definitely in agreement with the first two. Don't know much about the third. I had posted a while back asking about the first two. Problem is I don't know much about their management styles or how they building a team. Thats why I am here :-)

Did the Texans look at the film first?

This will make Watson happy.

Haha.
Can you imagine a team with Leslie and Jim Caldwell at helm? I wonder who will speak first?

Caldwell would be a decent choice if I'm going retread. Did an excellent job in Detroit and Indy. Wonder if he'd be willing to take an OC/asst HC here?

Frazier benefits from McDermott. I think he'd quickly get exposed. Plus, I've got to think Watson is going to want a young OC for their next HC.

Per Schefter, Bears announced they’re bringing HC Nagy and GM Pace back for another year.

Owner said he was, “impressed with both of them.”

This is funny but also they were better than us so it’s less funny. But still funny.

EDIT- Pace seems especially terrible but what do I know

Don't know how Greg Roman isn't getting more attention.
