Good stuff. That's a very impressive grade for Gladney, who's been uneven, but still ranks well ahead of two of the corners taken ahead of him.
Haven't seen any grades for Cleveland, but the general vibe I'm getting is that he had an OK game after a tremendous game last week.
This one's pretty impressive from the week before. He eliminates three pass rushers...and with conviction....
READ: Let’s Get (Cautiously) Excited About Ezra Cleveland

Come grind some tape with me and read about how even with some ugly rookie mistakes, Ezra Cleveland is not only putting together an encouraging rookie season but exceeding expectations: https://t.co/yhqbXYNIR3 pic.twitter.com/FE0pQgaJkZ
Our Iline is coming together. Honestly the first time in years I am confident in the progress of the Line. And yes the defense is coming together with all this young talent.
Weird thing is you put Elflein back in for Dozier and you make the line a bit better.

@"StickyBun" said: Weird thing is you put Elflein back in for Dozier and you make the line a bit better. The thing about Elflein is that while he sucked in pass pro--grading much worse than Dozier--he was one our better run blockers--grading much better than Dozier. It will be interesting to see what the Vikings do when he's ready to play.

@"Mattyman" said:When Elf comes back to the starting lineup--IF he comes back to the starting lineup--he will likely be replacing Dozier and not Cleveland. But I do sorta wonder if Elf might not go in on the right, pushing Cleveland to the left.@"Viking1987" said:Until Cleveland gets walked back into Cousins lap a couple times, maybe elflein should continue to ride the pine.@"StickyBun" said: Weird thing is you put Elflein back in for Dozier and you make the line a bit better. let's not get carried awayBut, as '87 says, Vikings might just stand pat and decide to not mess with what's working.
It's nice seeing Cleveland making progress. He had some nice downfield blocks yesterday. I'd like to see how we handles pass protection more, but he's looking promising.
Gladney has stepped up his game, he looks better every week. The absence of Golliday didnt hurt yesterday
