New hotel on Viking Lakes campus brings luxury to southeast metro (gallery)
    The owners of the Vikings unveiled their 14-story, 320-room Omni Hotel & Resorts Viking Lakes Hotel in Eagan this week. They didn't spare expenses on the project.
