This is exactly how it appears to me as well. I just don't see a good team hidden behind this 0-2 start.
Yep, and I do love when the talking heads state the obvious. Takes a lot digging to figure this out.

Again, I ask the question, how well would you grade the front office and coaching staff for giving KC what he needs to succeed?
Note: this question doesn't absolve KC of poor play, but I still point a very accusing finger at Vikings management for ensuring success of that important asset.
Offense was not perfect but played pretty well through most of the game. Career high running yardage for Cook and a breakout game for Jefferson! We have some talent to look forward to watching, gotta fix that OL though... For real, not counting on improvement of below average players...
They were less easy to defend today and Jefferson had a nice breakout game, but in the end the D is too full of holes to sustain things even if the O shows up. When the O doesn't show up it will be a blowout loss every time so expect a few more of those as the season goes on.

Hunter is out. OL is a shit show in pass protect.

Absolutely. Look at the last drive - they utterly NEEDED to protect Cousins and he was brutalized. No safety today but same effect.
People who pat Spielman on the back for acquiring talent at positions like DE and DB need to factor in that it's a lot easier to do so when nearly ignoring one 5-man unit for about 6 years.

You can't have Cousins doing a deep drop on every play on a crucial drive and expect him to have time, not sure how they did not roll him out once. They put way too much pressure on the OL. I thought the OL did a really good job today, you don't have over 200 yards rushing without the OL having a great day, Cook had some huge holes to run through. Two biggest issues with OL is that our QB doesn't read the defense pre-snap (announcers pointed it out several times today) and we do not put our QB in position to avoid pressure.
