As a Rutgers grad, I wouldn't have minded a cancelled season.

Yay, I've been missing Gopher football!  Mediocrity is thy name for many decades but as of late, the Gophs are really looking up!  Keep it going boys!  Bring home a Big 10 title and a national championship!  A guy can dream right?  :-)

Ok sorry I laughed. You could have been serious or joking. Thanks for the laugh.

Not a good first few steps for Kevin Warren...This thing has bungled written all over it.

I personally think they should have been allowed to play, from the get go with proper precautions.

Somewhere/somehow they found the $ for daily testing...

Oh I'm dead serious. I see many 50 point blowouts this year.

I know Rutgers is a mess but I laughed anyway. I couldn't help myself.

Being a Michigan fan, it just means the annual beatdown from Ohio State comes later in the year. Or will 2020 have mercy and remove that game from the schedule?

Big Ten football 2020 is like binary code: on/off/on/off/on/off/on/off/on...???

Happiest guy has to be Iowa's Kirk Ferentz.  Whether or not I think he should still have his job, he's been hanging up as a pinata since July with no way to redeem himself (as in, win football games).

The dust has pretty must settled in Iowa City, oh so i've heard. Kirk has done a good job of listening to the issues that took place and moving forward with corrective measures. I'm not defending his previous actions but I like how they have formed committees internally to discuss racial issues and how to promote change both as a team and as members of society. They have a lot of great outspoken young men on that squad and I think the future is bright from a unity standpoint.

I was fine with Doyle being fired and actually think his son, Brian Ferentz should have been fired as well.

I'd have understood if they fired Ferentz but in the end I'm glad they didn't.  I figure that if you can take what Ferentz has already been for Iowa, and make that even better, that's a better outcome than firing him and crossing your fingers the new guy won't screw it up.  Doyle was the epicenter of the complaints and had to go.
