Will Kubiak be a difference maker calling plays?

I think the in game play calling will improve. I'm not as negative toward Stefanski as some. He made some good play calls. But also made some questionable calls. 
I don't see a lot of difference in game planning, but expect better in game management and adjustments.

We've had two relatively in-experienced OC's...Wish one of em turned out to be a wunder-kid but that didn't happen. 

My hope is OC experience + better OL personnel make a noticeable difference. 

I think The Dom will prove to be sneaky, under the radar hire too.

Im silly happy with Kubes taking over. If we dont get there under he and Zim, its another long road to build in the wilderness. 

I think of it like this: Apple vs. PC.

PCs use hardware and software from a dozen different manufacturers. Apple's hardware and system software are built by and for a single manufacturer: Apple. With Kubiak we're getting Apple.  

I really don't think we'll see tangible differences. But there should be a better efficiency that comes with having philosophy and execution in the same person. 

The game plan will be the same. The play calling will be different. Same menu, but instead of the grand slam you might get waffles...
