Percy Harvin wants to return to the NFL
31 Year Old Pothead To Rescue Vikings
Oh, What A Headache
All queued up ready to go...
"Mentally I'm better" translates to I'm relatively broke and realize what I wasted
Breaking: Former 1st-rounder, FA WR Percy Harvin tells me: “I’m ready to return to the NFL. I thought I was done, but that itch came back. I’ve been training w/a former Olympian. My body is feeling good. Mentally I’m better. My family is good. The timing is right.” He's 185lbs. pic.twitter.com/NQaadbF73B

Percy's weed guy is on the top floor of the parking garage

No kidding! If someone had asked me to guess I think I might have said 35 or so, if I didn't think about it really hard.
I don't know why the Vikings (or Seattle) would ever consider bringing him back. On both teams it was reported that he basically forced their hand in trading him because of his altercations with teammates and coaches. I've heard the Vikings instances since on KFAN from PA and Hawkey... throwing weights around the locker room and all. He had bigger issues than migraines and weed. He was a fun, dynamic player to watch, but unless a team doesn't care about a possible 'rash' on their roster I'd be surprised if he's on a team this year. - but what do I know? -
It was pointed out to me that the (TEAM) would probably be signing him to a fairly low and short initial contract. If he screws up or is a headache just cut him on the spot. If he can perform and be a good teammate it could end up worth it...
Sign him in a heartbeat. Nothing to lose if he’s not in shape. Could be a major benefit if he’s anything like the player he used to be.
Thelien - Mims - Harvin - Bisi - Sharpe
So many fans think NFL locker rooms are such fragile places. If there is even a hint of a single disruption the entire team will collapse into a sobbing, trembling blob. Percy is not Tom Brady. If he does not fit in for any reason you cut him and move on. Jeez.

Practice or games.

well both since neither of them could stay on the field.

well both since neither of them could stay on the field.Percy seemed more about missing practices and then playing in the game. Beebe just misses seasons.

Exactly. And those who are concerned about his injury history, he was pretty damn good when on the field. For a low cost low risk move, it could be a smart one.
33 TD’s 75 games
30 TD’s 70 games (Diggs)
33 TD’s 75 games (Cooper)
55 TD’s 156 games (DeSean Jackson)
I'd take Harvin back in a hot second for the vet minimum.
I would want to know what his real weight is, his playing style was very very physical and he had a hard time staying healthy when he was playing around 190-195, if he is claiming 185 now, i would guess 180 maybe and I would wonder if he can still hang. a workout wouldnt be a bad thing, but I certainly wouldnt make room for him on the roster until he was cleared medically and the coaches has a chance to work him out physically and mentally.

Pants on the ground baby..
Vet minimum, incentive laden...we are going to be about 28 short of 90 after the draft...massive upside if he's healthy...
