Source says 49ers DL Nick Bosa fined $28,075 by the NFL for his penalized hit last Saturday on Vikings tackle Brian O’Neal. The Vikings called the hit a “cheap shot” on O’Neill, who was knocked out of the playoff game with a concussion.
