He's such a little bitch...playing head games...

We will have $60 million in cap tied up in Cousins, Diggs and Thielen next year...way too heavy an investment for a running team...he's only 26 and under contract...ship him for as high a pick as you can...

Where is the football context?

Is he talking about wishing Kirk Cousins would be allowed to "let it rip?"
Is he talking about firing Rick Spielman?
Is he talking about not giving Zimmer a 1st round CB?
Is he talking about replacing Zimmer?
Is he talking about himself in trade talks?
Is he talking to Jayron Kearse?

The only context is what you choose it to be.

No one but Stefon knows what he is tweeting about. It could have absolutely nothing to do with football. Every now and then he clearly tweets a complete thought but that's not often. 

He has a life outside of football and it's the offseason for him now. People seem to read a lot into his tweets. The comments are interesting though.

It could be many things. But I would also be careful what you wish for when he is the best WR on this team.

My guess is it is reference to one or both of the reasons we are not playing this weekend - Stefanski and Cousins.
