A lot of things left out of that description however.  Is he innovative, imaginative, able to adjust on the fly?  Granted, we may not know that yet, but being a “grinder” is not enough.

Honestly...my best guess would be Kubiak Sr. staying in his role, with Junior promoted to OC. Pops gets to groom his kid, Offense doesn't change much schematically, just need some new blood on the O-Line.
