I wonder if Kubiak would be willing to step into the OC role now. I have liked Stefanski for the most part but I would have to think Kubiak would be an upgrade at OC.

I don't think success as an OC or DC is as directly tied to HC success as some want to believe. Game planning and player/game management arent necessary the same skill set.
