Looks Like It's Stefanski

Shit, even the meme comes out backward for Cleveland... ;) B)
F ck
Was hoping it was going to be Saleh...The fact it didnt come-out yesterday made me nervous.
Next OC here is probably Kubiak with dad over-seeing for a few years.
Zimsu may have been a visionary on that one.
Here we go again. 4th OC in 4 years. Hope it is Kubiak's kid, at least the system will carry on.
So who replaces him, knowing Zim and Kirk have 1 year left?

Hadn't thought of Shurmur. He and Zimmer get along well too. Great play-caller.I'll place my $$ on keeping it in-house and flying the flag of house Kubiak.
Considering the effusive praise Zim had for Kubiak during the season, I would imagine he hopes Gary takes the OC job, or Klint with his dad continuing to groom him much like the Shanahans. Plus, it would help for the sake of continuity as well.

Yep.

Browns hired Vikings OC Kevin Stefanski as head coach.Stefanski is finally headed to Cleveland after finishing runner-up to Freddie Kitchens in last year's interview cycle. The 37-year-old Penn alum is ready to leave the nest following a successful run in Minnesota, working his way up from lowly assistant to full-time offensive coordinator over the course of 14 seasons. Only the Ravens, 49ers and Titans ran the ball on a higher percentage of plays than the Vikings in 2019 (48.3 percent), though Minnesota took better advantage of its receiving weapons as the year went on. Though not entirely unexpected, it's a mild surprise the Browns went with Stefanski after many had pegged Patriots OC and Ohio native Josh McDaniels as the clear favorite. With Stefanski wrapped up, all 32 NFL head-coaching seats have been filled. RELATED:SOURCE: Ian Rapoport on TwitterJan 12, 2020, 12:11 PM ET
Divisional rounds not finished, and every HC vacancy filled...that has to be a first.
Could Chili be next...? ;) B) Dust off the Kick-Ass-Offense baby!
I'm not sad. Brutal in-game adjustor. Really, the only time he did was the 2nd half of the Denver game. And even then it was a close thing as Cousins admitted it was just before the end of haltime when Kevin finally committed to coming out in the hurry-up,
30 points in regulation in 2 Playoff Games. Gross.

I liked KS' upside, but there were definitely red flags.....Wasnt the master adjuster Shurmur was.
See "elephant in room" thread.
Interesting how Edwards name is never mentioned for coaching jobs...
He's walking into a shit show...wonder if he tries to take Paton with him
- ESPN's Courtney Cronin mentioned ex-Giants coach Pat Shurmur as a "name to keep an eye on" for the Vikings' opening at offensive coordinator.RELATED:SOURCE: Courtney Cronin on TwitterJan 12, 2020, 12:46 PM ET

Wouldn't be opposed, but that doesn't have a continuity feel to it...
