Herbert Accepts Invite To Senior Bowl/Fromm Declares
The middling QB class comment stood out...not that the top 3 are not without warts...there are definitely intriguing Day 2 prospects...
middling... well thus far outside of Burrows there certainly doesnt seem to be the buzz around this years QB class compared to what we have seen in past years, and even Burrows doesnt carry the instant HOF label that some others in the past have arrived with.
3 of Fromm's OL and his starting RB have declared...I'd expect him to soon follow...

Arm strength seems to be a real question with him. With how well a lot of the young OCs have been able to scheme for their young QBs, it does seem wiser to get a guy with a big arm and some mobility. Then trust your coaches to fit their system to the player and highlight his strengths. Do we have the coaches to do that? I'd like to hope so. Big arm and mobile isn't everything, but if we're taking a guy this year who's going to sit for at least a season anyways, I'd rather the Vikings take "the big swing" instead of trying to find Cousins-lite on a cheap deal.
Georgia junior QB Jake Fromm has declared his eligibility for the 2020 NFL Draft.Fromm (6'3/220) is a much maligned prospect in NFL Draft circles as he has drawn criticism for his lackluster play down the stretch, failing to complete 50 percent of his passes or throw for 200-yards in any of his last five regular season games. It had been rumored that Tua Tagovailoa's decision to declare might affect Fromm's decision, but he elected to enter the draft regardless. ESPN analyst Todd McShay is particularly high on Fromm and thinks he could possibly crack the first-round, though he is generally viewed as a Day 2 prospect by most of the NFL Draft community.SOURCE: Jake Fromm on TwitterJan 8, 2020, 1:59 PM ET
