Hopefully Bieniemy has has learned to count to 12 by now...
You longer tenured fans know exactly what I mean.
When was the last time all but one head coaching vacancy was filled before the divisional round of the playoffs?

@"MaroonBells" said:I think so. I believe we could block him and bump him again if it came to it...12 years with the same organization is crazy...if Zygi is the business man I think he is, he's got a succession plan in place that includes Stef and Paton...@"BarrNone55" said: When was the last time all but one head coaching vacancy was filled before the divisional round of the playoffs? The Browns are actually in good shape. There are a bunch of quality guys left...they can't possibly...um...
Nevermind.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport said to "keep an eye on" Vikings OC Kevin Stefanski for the Browns head coach opening. This isn't groundbreaking information because Stefanski is already slated for an interview with the Browns, but it is notable that he has some people in the building on his side. Stefanski was the runner-up in Cleveland's last head coaching search and has done nothing since then to tank his status. The Browns reportedly want to have a head coach in place by this weekend. Man, on the plus side, there is a boatload of talent there. But what a nightmare of a locker room...all the skill position players and a limited OL will be familiar...
Stefanski is not the right guy for the Browns' HC job. They need a real authority figure with credibility. That is not Stef.
I think Schwartz would be a good fit for the Browns

I would like to see Belicheat or somebody like that in there, somebody with a prove track record of success, if they cant turn that around then move the team.
i would be curious to see who Stefanski has on his pre hire staff roster of coaches. there is some good names on there IMO if he is getting so much consideration with virtually no resume.

But none of those is going to happen. As for moving the team, didn't they try that already?

well the original browns are likely SB favorites this year, and have already won 1 since they were relocated..... so its likely the best plan for the team.

Of course, but the masochistic Cleveland fans will just demand another NFL team.
The Browns can’t hire him Saturday if we win, right!?
@"Kentis" said: The Browns can’t hire him Saturday if we win, right!?they can hire him today, he just isnt available until our season is over, but what a bunch of shit this is to his current team to even be able to be interviewed. personally I think teams should all have to wait until the superbowl to interview any coach that was under contract for that year.
