Is Zimmer the Vikings version of the Buc's Tony Dungy?

Does Zimmer have a ceiling of where he can lead a team?  Is another coach necessary to take the Vikings' talent further?  We may have an answer on Sunday.

it looks now like the ceiling was 2017.

  I hope so. After Dungy's seventh season as a head coach, he never won fewer than 12 games and did win a Super Bowl.

After going to another team. Said this on another thread - most coaches do better once they have lost a HC job and tried again.
