Flu hits the Vikings

Of course it is. Built in excuse for why they sh!t themselves. My stomach ain't been right all week.
Hope we don't end up with everyone taking fluids Saturday night before them game. Don't know I ever had the flu but my wife gets it. Going through is a good description for it. 

I don't know how anybody functions with the flu, let alone play a football game. I got it a few years back and remember considering having my girlfriend at the time take me to the ER. Among all the other unpleasant details, I was wrapped in blankets with the heat on and had to concentrate to stop shaking from being so cold. And the headaches. And the sweating. Yuck.

Agree. It's so debilitating at its peak. Was on vacation when I got it. In a hotel room bed somewhere in Vermont with the heat turned up to 90, shivering and shaking. Luckily the father of the girl I was with was a dentist who was willing to break a few rules and call in an antibiotic prescription. Was gone in a day.

In fairness if the players are actually shitting themselves at game time its kind of explainable right?  Its a nasty flu bug going around.
