You're only given a little spark of madness. You mustn't lose it. — Robin Williams

That's a blessing! A team in your division with a great defense, but critical weakness on offense, is a blessing. I wish they would hire John Fox back as coach, but I'm starting to think that Nagy will work out fine!

What Pace really means is I'm not going to admit my mistake because it'll cost me my job and Nagy will have to grin and BEAR it...

Drafting him at #3 would have been bad enough, but trading up to get him? Yikes...

Trading up to get him and passing on Mahomes is even more egregious.

Kinda like drafting Erasmus James and Troy Williamson over Aaron Rogers...

And Watson as well. Trubisky seems like a nice guy but there is no way that trading so far up for him was worth it.

Its not that dumb of a move IF the Bears follow up with signing a guy like Mariota or another vet like that to back him up and keep his feet to the flames a bit. Its just a season too early to give up on Trubisky, IMO. All bets are off if he has another subpar year.

Start what?
That's the question. Obviously they believe he will start being good.

my Nightmare scenario was the Bears signing Teddy and dumping Mitch.  I am so glad the Bears have a terrible front office!

Many of us were hoping he would show enough to get another year.

13 starts at NC...if anyone can name the starter before him without a Google search you're a football genius...

Sure he will.  “We
have all the confidence in Trubisky and he’s the starter ( … unless we obtain a
QB in FA or the Draft and he forces our hand)”
