OT niners vs saints
How is it that the top 2 teams in the NFC could both allow 45+ points?
Hard to believe or say that the niners and saints defenses are that bad.........

Sadly, I think its what the NFL wants. Scoring.
Honestly to me there is nothing better than watching an absolute dominating defense.
A defense that puts QBs on their backs and stuffs the run, or ball hawking DBs.
those teams where you think, “cool, we’re on defense”
otherwise its just like watching basketball....whoever makes the last shot wins....

I gave an ol' frat brother crap on Facebook. He's a big Aint's fan and he ripped the Vikes last week losing to Seattle. I shared this meme with him and said anytime the Aint's snatch defeat from the jaws of victory with 53 seconds left it's priceless... ;)
Divisional games can go like that sometimes...On the flip side of that coin you had the Lions vs Vikings.
Kinda like watching an SEC game vs Big 10.

My sentiments exactly...I'll take a dominating defense any day. But I too am old.
What do you want to see if it's like an AFC game and you're not invested?
Imagine it....a team is driving at the end of the game.....down by four...they HAVE to get a TD...
First and goal....gain of two.....clock ticking...
Second and eight......incomplete pass
Third and eight...complete to TE....gets out of bounds with three seconds left
Fourth and goal from the two yard line....
It's just your Offense...against my Defense
Me? Nothing beats a late defensive stand.
Everyone points to the offense that they "couldn't get it done"....F that...The defense stymied your ass!
