Question for the Mods

I am here, but since much of the ire is directed at me, said poster would scream bias if I were to do anything to him.  He continually breaks the rules, but everyone knows who he is and what he is about.  And when we win this week, he won't be around.

I noticed he disappeared for the entire win streak.  He has some sort of emotional disorder I think.

Yeah, I kind of wish that we could "ban" those posters who are ONLY here for one purpose (as evidenced by the commonality of their appearances).  Those kinds of posters aren't really here to "talk football... and/or other things".  They're here- only- to stir up trouble.

I don't get why sending him packing would constitute any sort of loss.  He'd scream bias?  Who cares when that's typical of most of what he posts--it's various ranting and raving.  It's not like you'd get posters complaining, "oh why did you ban that fellow, he made such a great contribution.  We'll miss him...like we'd miss a hemorrhoid " lol

I say ban him anyway!!

I'm sorry, I haven't been active as much lately...  but for full clarity, he's been banned.  I saw a number of posts where he started going after a few members unprovoked.

I'm not going to gloat. I am very passionate about my opinions and never hesitate to disagree.  But I never insult anyone's intelligence. Disagree with me all you want but please don't resort to name calling. 

And you never know how things can change. Sticky and I disagreed on EVERYTHING for years. Now we agree on most everything! But our arguments have (mostly) been civil and we never insulted each other's intelligence. 

Now it's you and Greed I disagree with all the time lol. But in a civil way. You made the right move here and I think 95% of the regulars here would agree.

I could be mistaken, but a poster with New Jersey or NJ in his name was banned from Rubechat a few years back. I read about it on a forum where many of them regrouped. The members were saying he outed another posters personal info and also threatened violence on another.  I could see that fitting a similar poster who is or was here with similar moniker.   I thought I was pretty good at ignoring him, but then again, he never pulled out a homophobic or similar rant on me

It's like debating public policy with the "grab 'em by the pussy" crowd: if you have 3 mangos, and I have 6 candles, how many one-armed Asian skydivers will fit on the head of a pin? Wrong board for your political ranting.  The same people that didnt want the recently departed poster dont want this shit on their football board either.

Do you suppose he was drunk?  Emotional drunk posts seem great and exciting at the time of typing and "clicking" the post button.  It's the next day it's cringe worthy.  Those rants about playoff wins (or losses), Zim and RS, are about as classic as anything "Ritchie" (Eff Troy Aikman) ever did.  B)
