Whoever is Rivera's replacement better draft a QB come April.  Time to move on from Newt.

Head start on hiring the next guy maybe, or eval someone already on staff.   Not like it makes a difference whether he stands on the sideline for 5 more games or doesn't.

From what I heard he clashed with owner regarding analytics.  Owner wants more than Rivera was willing to use.  Still found the timing weird.
