K1 sells Paradise Valley Home
Former Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray, who joined the Minnesota Vikings in March, sold his Paradise Valley home last month.
Murray, whose new team is off to a 5-0 start this year, sold the 8,200-square-foot Arizona estate for $13.75 million on Sept. 24, according to Realtor.com.
He bought the four-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom Paradise Valley property for $13.5 million in November 2022, three months after signing a five-year extensionworth up to $230.5 million in August 2022.
Mark and Kristine Pedersen paid cash for the home, which was built in 2019 within the exclusive Cameldale Estates gated community, in an off-market deal, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.
Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

Only made $250k on an almost $14 million dollar estate in 4 years? Interesting. Cash buyers are nice.
Outbid again.

And it was only 8200 square feet.
To Murray, that’s like 16000 square feet.

lol, vaulted ceilings in every home!
I guess drinks are on Kyler this weekend. I thought this was about Paradise Valley south of Livingston in Montana. Now that's a beautiful area....and a river runs through it.

Had to Google that. Haven't seen Yellowstone, but maybe it's time I dive in.

Don't bother. Another Kevin Costner acts like Kevin Costner is trying to act like a modern yet throwback cowboy.

Lol,
I didnt think it was bad, I was even entertained most of the time.
I actually like the spin-off with Rip even more.
But I'm looking at it from a midwest lens too.

I liked it too
Personally, I do not like that house. It looks "cold" & reminds me of an office complex. (I've seen several similar.) Guess I'm old fashioned. I like a house to actually look like a house. Then again, they say "Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder".
Also, even if I was rich, I don't see me spending that kind of money on a house. Just seems ridiculous to me.

Has a cult compound vibe. Next thing you know you’ve got a roll of quarters in your pocket laying on top of your bunk bed in Nikes.

I am from the Midwest as well. Grew up on a cattle ranch in the badlands of ND. Riding horses, not 4 wheelers, to work the cattle.
I tried season 1. Just thought it was so fake, so blah and predictable.
But to each his own.

I tend to agree. If I were rich, I'd live in a house like this.
