K1 sells Paradise Valley Home
Former Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray, who joined the Minnesota Vikings in March, sold his Paradise Valley home last month.
Murray, whose new team is off to a 5-0 start this year, sold the 8,200-square-foot Arizona estate for $13.75 million on Sept. 24, according to Realtor.com.
He bought the four-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom Paradise Valley property for $13.5 million in November 2022, three months after signing a five-year extensionworth up to $230.5 million in August 2022.
Mark and Kristine Pedersen paid cash for the home, which was built in 2019 within the exclusive Cameldale Estates gated community, in an off-market deal, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.
Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

Hey, I really like that one. Though, at my age & health, I would need to install an elevator! 😆

I guess drinks are on Kyler this weekend. I thought this was about Paradise Valley south of Livingston in Montana. Now that's a beautiful area....and a river runs through it.
Went rafting on the Gallatin River near there some time ago, had a blast!

A frat house? 😝

BREAKING: Now that Kyler has sold his Arizona home, he's closing on a new home in anticipation of a contract extension with the Vikings... I'm told it comes with 2nd breakfast which was a major selling point for Murray.

All entry doors in the Shire are round, keeps the neighborhood exclusive. Not a ton of natural light inside, but certainly safer in case of Orce attacks. I wish K1 the best in his new home.

Personally, I do not like that house. It looks "cold" & reminds me of an office complex. (I've seen several similar.) Guess I'm old fashioned. I like a house to actually look like a house. Then again, they say "Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder".
Also, even if I was rich, I don't see me spending that kind of money on a house. Just seems ridiculous to me.
AZins spend 6 months a year trying to escape the heat, so apparently they want their houses to look like giant refrigerators! 🥶
