Observation #18 in Vikings Win vs Giants – We continue to wonder why KOC’s OFF only plays about 2 Qtrs a game. Why can’t they even play 3 good Qtrs of offense. He has lulls of conservatism and bland play calling. Regardless of his OC pedigree, we want him to be HC, not the OC
