Kap wanted it held on a Tuesday, which is norm for teams to workout players. NFL said no. Then Kap asked if it could be moved to later in the day on Saturday....the NFL said no. Saturday is a BIG prep day for coaching staffs for Sunday's games. Listen, I don't care either way about this but this smells like a PR move by the NFL and one they are barely tolerating doing. Why bother at this point? Everyone has moved on from this anyhow.

Is it possible that the NFL agreed to do this for him when they settled with him?
