The "Big D" Pick It!
#1
[Image: jgfdsfg.jpg]

It's no secret how well the Vikings
do on the road against winning teams, so it's hard to argue with anyone not
picking the Vikings Sunday night.  I know I wouldn't.  As a matter of
fact, I'm leaning the towards the Vikes falling flat on their faces for the
entire nation to witness and giggle about.

It would be so exciting to see the
Vikes come out strong and kick the crap out them 'boys; I just haven't seen
that kind of fire from this team.  It's not all Cousins either; it's the
defense too.

The upside of this game is the
Cowboys haven't been world beaters either.  Their only wins are against
crappy teams (sound familiar?).  Their wins: Giants (twice), 'Skins,
Dolphins, and a very flat Philly team.  Losses: Saints, Packers, and the
lowly Jets (crazy, right?).

Having said all that I think our D
struggles against their running game, and the Cowboys slow down our running
game enough to make us a passing team.  This places the entire offense on
KC's shoulders, and that sounds like a disaster waiting to happen; especially
if Thielen is missing still.

Again, I hope to hell I'm wrong, but I'm not feeling good about Sunday nights
outcome - Skol!

The Girlz are almost as bad as the Vikes at coming up short in crucial games.  Bailey gets revenge.

Hope I'm wrong, but we just don't win big games on the road.

I don't like this game one bit. As Grant used to say, it's not who you play but when you play them. I think this is a bad time to be playing the cowboys. The schedule makers really screwed us this year. In the meat of our schedule, we get the Raiders, Eagles, Redskins and Broncos at home and the Chiefs, Cowboys, Seahawks and Chargers on the road. Damn.

I think we're the better team, but that's meaningless in this one. Too many things going against us. A road map for stopping our run game drawn last week, on the road, national TV, winning team, no Thielen, Cowboys getting Bennett involved. Yuck.

My heart says Vikings as they are my long time team and always support them.  However, my brain says Dallas by at least a touchdown as our team once again stumbles under the big Sunday Night lights...  Dak is a better QB than the recent second stringers that have looked elite against our defense.

I hate the Cowboys more than any other sports team, but I have a familiar bad feeling about this one.

Please prove me wrong, Kirky. I would LOVE to eat some crow on Monday!
