Not a Fromm fan
#1
Watching Georgia at Florida. Fromm looks just meh. JMO, but I wouldn't take him. Smaller guy who I can't pick out his strength other than knowing his offense. Not sure how he'll be a really good NFL QB. Smells like NFL backup journeyman written all over him.

To be fair he's working with a bunch of freshmen WRs who don't look like world-beaters so far. And he just got his favorite target, a transfer from Miami, back for this game.

But I do agree that I'm not seeing anything special other than what you pointed out. Burrow is far more intriguing to me.

Large gap after Tua and Burrow. Don't sleep on Wake's Jamie Newman. Not a first day option, but a solid day 2 prospect.

Justin Herbert is going to get taken top 15 in the Draft....but to your point, lots of Day 2 or 3 QBs that could really develop.

Jacob Eason looks even worse today, yikes. He sure can move around nicely for a big fella.

Do those guys ever develop?

Not many, but you just need one. Problem is neither do many #1 picks.

Didn't see the last game...I'd day his pre and post snap game is strong in general...all the intangibles...starting to look like a Day 2 guy...he has run off two 5 star recruits...

Jake Fromm Georgia was off last week but Fromm was an efficient 20 of 30 for 279 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in the Bulldogs win over the Gators on Saturday afternoon. His steady-as-she-goes performance did nothing to change our opinion of him. He's s smart, savvy quarterback whose lack of arm strength and struggles throwing the ball accurately down the field -- especially to the sideline -- will affect his draft stock.

I thought you were high on this kid a couple months ago?
