Everson Griffen
#1
I think a lot of us have sort of forgotten just how good Everson Griffen is when he's at the top of his game. I know some folks even mentioned him as trade bait or even a cap savings release. Have to admit, I thought about it myself. But, oh my, he played a helluva game on Sunday. Having him at the top of his game with Hunter at his peak on the other side is going to be fun to watch.

I haven't forgotten about him. He's still a beast and a difference maker. Never wanted him traded.

Hand Raised...

I thought the $$ they gave Griffen wasn't in the teams best interest. Still uncertain of it.

But it doesn't take a lot of imagination to envision Griffen and Hunter being keys to a playoff spot and potential playoff run.

i'm never beyond eating crow if my team does well...

When he once again jumped offsides on a 3rd down...I was thinking about it,   but not earlier in the offseason.

The old "You're as good as your last play" thinking.  I've been there too.  B)

Guilty here, well don't put me in charge of payroll.  Cheerleader relations may be niche in the  organization or perhaps Beer QC.

He is amazing when he is on. I am truly happy that his edge is back but more importantly that his health and wellbeing is going in the right direction.

Great to see this version again. I questioned his ability when he was dogging it a bit in preseason. I feel much better about him now; and most importantly, he appears to have his life in order.

Yep.  Hopefully he has his personal life in order, cuz he needs that edge on the field.  He has a great long arm spin move, that was evident last weekend.
