I am planning a road trip and I am looking for recommendations for hotels, good eats and tickets.
Anyone going to or been to Arrowhead?

I went to the last Vikings Chiefs game but that has been awhile so don't know anything about hotels and eats.
This year I bought tickets here: https://www.tickpick.com/buy-kansas-city-chiefs-vs-minnesota-vikings-tickets-arrowhead-stadium-11-3-19-12PM/3944292/ No fees or add on charges. I bought lower level behind the Vikings bench and the price of seats near me has gone up about $125 per since August 16th. I'm pretty sure the Minnesota Vikings Fn Club of St Louis is putting togethere get togethers for the night before and the day of but haven't got the details yet.

I've been many times since I lived in KC for 17 years....the stadium is in an 'interesting' part of town, nothing good close to the stadium for eating. There are chain hotels somewhat close, but not walking distance. I'd just go the regular route for tickets (Ticketmaster, StubHub, etc.).
The stadium isn't in downtown KC, so its not like US Bank where you can have a lot of options close.

I stayed east of the stadium just off I 70 so a cab was easy and fast to the stadium. There is a cluster of hotels and restaurants there.

Will be attending the November third matchup. Have been to KC games several times all with the local radio station/bus. Ditto what Jimmy said about the eating/sleeping/etc. Have always had a great time with the local Chief's fans!

Just come watch the game at my house! I'm in Overland Park.
And the guys are right, average hotel chains and not a lot of diversity in close food options to the Stadium. If you want to know what's good to eat regardless of location the wings at The Peanut are the best I've ever had. There's some killer pizza places too. Ironically I'm not a BBQ guy so can't help there.

Minnesota Vikings fan club of St Louis posted a PDF on their Facebook page with details about their tailgate party and night before party
