Vikings signed Washington QB Jake Browning.Browning (6’2/206) made 53 starts as a Huskie, completing 65% of is career throws at 8.3 yards per attempt with a 94:34 TD-to-INT ratio and school records in wins (39), passing yards (12,296) and pass efficiency rating (150.6). Browning plateaued after winning 2016 Pac 12 Offensive Player of the Year, only earning honorable mention All-Pac 12 in each of his final two seasons. A nimble athlete with 4.74 speed, Brown added 16 career rushing TDs and profiles as a Colt McCoy-level game manager with long-term No. 2 quarterback potential but a history of shoulder problems and mediocre arm strength.

Dolphins signed New Mexico State LB Terrill Hanks.Hanks (6’2/242) made 42 starts in the Aggies’ linebacker corps, tallying 43 career TFLs, 11 sacks, and six forced fumbles. Hanks overcame speed limitations (4.98) with instincts and effort in the Sun Belt Conference, but they will impede his ability to pursue and cover in the pros. Hanks is worth a flyer based on his college production and probable special teams value, but he’s a long shot to become an NFL starter.

Bills signed Buffalo QB Tyree Jackson.Jackson (6’7/249) earned 2018 MAC Offensive Player of the Year and South Team MVP at January’s Senior Bowl after making 27 starts for the Bulls, engineering a 10-4 record in his final season and graduating with a 55.8% completion rate, 7.3 YPA, and a 49:24 TD-INT ratio plus 16 rushing scores. An aggressive deep passer, Jackson logged a MAC-high 13.8-yard Average Depth of Target (aDOT) in 2018. Jackson has huge hands (10 1’4"), is big-armed, and is athletic with 4.59 speed, but his inaccuracy may be a fatal flaw. He posted a 20.5% career off-target passing rate, worst of any college quarterback since 2011, per ESPN’s Mike Clay. Despite getting some Day 2 buzz, Jackson had to settle for a UDFA contract in Buffalo. Still, he has some developmental upside behind Josh Allen.

ELIJAH HOLYFIELD
RB, CAROLINA PANTHERS
Panthers signed Georgia RB Elijah Holyfield.
The heavyweight fighter's son, Holyfield was a four-star recruit who ended up overwhelming in the SEC until a solid senior season where he posted a 159/1,018/6.4/7 line. Nevertheless, Holyfield is a pure grinder with speed in the 4.7s. He will struggle to make 53-man rosters.

Ravens signed Miami DT Gerald Willis.Willis (6’2/302) was dismissed from Florida football’s team for fighting teammates, transferred to The U, failed a drug test at Miami, took a leave of absence for the entire 2017 season, then earned second-team All-ACC as a 2018 fifth-year senior with a conference-high 18 tackles for loss, most by a Hurricane since Calais Campbell in 2006. Willis’ pre-draft workouts were limited by a late-season groin injury and offseason hamstring pull. On tape, Willis is a pure gap-shooting three technique whose motor runs hot and cold and frequently gets washed out against the run.

Saints signed Nebraska RB Devine Ozigbo.Ozigbo (5’11/222) operated as a committee back for three seasons before exploding as a 2018 senior for 155/1,082/12 (7.0 YPC) rushing with 23 catches. Per PFF College, Ozigbo gained first downs or scored a touchdown on a Big Ten-high 34% of his 2018 carries. Still snubbed for a Combine invite, Ozigbo shined at his Pro Day with 4.54 speed and explosive vertical (37") and broad (10’4") jumps. A rich man’s C.J. Anderson, Ozigbo combines plus footwork for a big man with all-purpose versatility and a knack for breaking tackles on inside runs. Despite his lack of pre-draft fanfare, Ozigbo offers NFL starter potential.
