Couple Top 30 Visits
#1
  • Cover 1's Jordan Reid relays that Alabama State T Tytus Howard is taking an official-30 visit to the Minnesota Vikings on Tuesday.Howard (6'5/322) and Ole Miss' T Greg Little are both taking officials to the Vikings on Tuesday, with Reid further passing along that there is a "large contingent" of prospects on-hand even beyond those two offensive linemen. For his part, Howard is one of our favorite under-the-radar tackle prospects. We were hoping to see a bit more quickness and change-of-direction ability during his combine testing gauntlet, but while that did not come to pass, it's a trait that has generally shown on tape. The Athletic's Dane Brugler currently hits up Howard with a Round 3 grade for draft festivities later this month.

Cover 1's Jordan Reid passes along that Ole Miss T Greg Little is taking an official-30 visit to the Minnesota Vikings on Tuesday.Minnesota may need to bulk up on the offensive line come the draft, but Little's probably a prospect they'll want to avoid putting in their Round 1 cart. The former five-star tackle was viewed as a potential top-10 or even top-five selection over the summer, but failed to improve his game during the 2018 season and has likewise failed to impress during the evaluating season. At the NFL Scouting Combine, Little tested with a composite SPARQ score landing him in just the 30th percentile of NFL offensive linemen. Despite all of this ugliness, we are still seeing the Ole Miss tackle being mocked into the first round with the draft just over three weeks distant.
