Hate being the bearer of Bad News. Update from Sassy
#1
Don has lost the battle with cancer and there is simply nothing left of him to fight.....I now outweigh him, and I'm a skinny gal!
I have no idea how to do any of this, but supposedly hospice will help me figure it all out.
He will be at home.  Emma knows.  Have not yet told Kasey.  my heart breaks for my girls.

oh and my mom fell and broke her femur.  surgery is coming soon.

life is not too good right now~

Sorry to hear it. Hospice is run by amazing people. Put both my sister-in-law and mother-in-law in Hospice, but it looks like she'll have him at home with Hospice volunteers (my Mother volunteered many years ago for this). Hard stuff but she'll thank god for the help.
