His agent might have been a little distracted lately battling this:

The law license of a former state assistant attorney general has been suspended for a year by the state Supreme Court for mismanaging client trust funds at his law firm.
Michael R. Bauer, a partner at Bauer & Bach in Madison, shifted $376,000 between client trust accounts, his own trust account and the account of his side business, Sports Advisors Inc., which represents professional athletes, all without telling clients, in violation of state Supreme Court rules, the court said. The infractions occurred between December 2013 and October 2014, a referee appointed to make disciplinary recommendations found.

This kind of story makes me sorry for the athletes. A person should be extremely attentive to anyone who has access to their money, and monitor them steadily...but these guys are young and inexperienced and hope they are leaving that to someone they can trust.
