My guesses:
Marcus Sherels: Pretty obvious Mike Hughes could take both his jobs. Maybe he sticks another year, but...
Kai Forbath: Also obvious he is going to have to be awesome to hold off Carlson.
Aviante Collins: I like him but O'Neill is going to be ahead as our "athletic project lineman". Maybe Collins will have progressed so well that he has a legit shot as a starter or key backup, but if not, can we keep 2 developmental linemen?
Stephen Weatherly, Ifeadi Odenigbo, Tashawn Bower: I was surprised the Vikings had all 3 on the roster at times last year, but one or more will have to go if the Vikings want to keep Aruna.
Blake Bell: I think Tyler Conklin will have an edge to be #3 TE.
I suppose Gossett may pressure Isadora as well, though it Danny has developed at all since his rookie year, he should be a far better player.
If Holton Hill has his head on straight, he should push some DB off the roster. I could see the Vikings trying him at Safety.
Who else?
One of Ant Harris or Kearse. If Matthews can actually play some safety then one of those guys could be left out.

With Remmers likely moving inside, Gossett is an obvious PS candidate. Collins and O'Neill are very similar players. Collins actually ran a faster 40 than O'Neill. He's also much stronger. But O'Neill's length and draft slot gives him the roster spot. I think Collins will go to the PS.
Yeah, Sherels is probably gone. Hard to see how he makes the team with Hughes on board. I too think that Hill will eventually be a safety.
How about Mack Brown or CJ Ham? I like Pettway. Don't know if he can catch the ball.

I'm very curious who will compete at each OL spot, and that is going to factor into survival. If Remmers moves to RG, there will be an open competition at RT between Rashod Hill and...Collins? My hunch is that O'Neill gets trained at LT. So Collins could have a shot at the RT job. Now, RG will probably be Remmers vs. Isadora and Compton...but one of those could be sliding into the RT battle after the first week or two of camp....

Are we underestimating Tom Compton as a real possibility to win the starting RT position? I didn't know anything about him other than he was a Minnesota boy that went to South Dakota. He doesn't have the greatest feet, but he has the speed to pull and is extremely strong in his lower body and core. 700lb squat coming out of College. Assuming Remmers moves to RG, he may be the best of what we have right now that is ready to take over the RT position.

I think O'Neill is a right tackle and that's where he'll start in competition with Hill. I think the most likely outcome is this....The biggest competition will be for that 9th spot between Andrews, Compton and Gossett.
LT- Reiff - Collins
LG - Easton - Andrews
C - Elflein-Easton
RG - Remmers-Isadora
RT - Hill - O'Neill
OTOH, guys like Stacey Coley and CJ Ham were probably very relieved by this draft...
