If you haven't seen this, its extremely cool. The dude is outgoing, excellent leadership qualities and did his homework about the team and organization. Confident. He knew Blake Bell immediately, where he went to school and his background as a QB. I mean, just impressive as hell. 

He's doing and saying the right things. Making himself known in his new organization already. Its really outstanding. Some people just make an impression on you and Kirk does that.

Indeed he did.  Left me wondering if it was homework or he just has that type of memory.

If he puts together offseason workouts with the skill players, I'll be further sold.  As it is, I'm good with the signing...but the money/expectations do weigh on the mind a bit.
