Remmers is out and Morgan has not cleared the concussion protocol.  Zimmer said he misspoke yesterday...

Tackle Mike Remmers (low back) did not participate in practice this week and is listed as out for Sunday, Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer announced.
Tight end David Morgan (concussion) was  a limited participant on Thursday as part of the NFL’s concussion protocol and did not participate in practice on Friday. Morgan is also listed out for Sunday.
Center Pat Elflein (shoulder) has been a limited participant all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday.
Fullback C.J. Ham (neck), defensive tackle Linval Joseph (knee), linebacker Eric Kendricks (hip) and safety Andrew Sendejo (shoulder) were all full participants in practice this week and are likely to play.
Defensive tackle Shamar Stephen (shoulder) and cornerback Mackensie Alexander (chest) were first placed on the injury report on Thursday as limited participants. Both were full participants on Friday and are likely to play.
The Carolina Panthers will be without linebacker Shaq Thompson (foot), who is listed as out after not participating in practice all week. Center Tyler Larsen (foot), wide receiver Kaelin Clay (shoulder), center Ryan Kalil (neck), wide receiver Devin Funchess (shoulder) and tight end Greg Olsen (foot) were all listed as questionable for Sunday.

I agree.  Did he get hurt last game?  I don't remember seeing him hurt on the field.

IIRC he's been fighting this injury for a few weeks now.

The Vikings need to get one of those concussion canopies !
